It was god-inspired and led. I am beyond excited to see how he continues to lead us all from here! looking up and moving with Him in the fullness of his joy!
Not being dramatic when I say it was a once in a lifetime, "you had to be there" kind of weekend! This group of women came together - many of us strangers - and showed up authentically. We shared and prayed, cried and laughed, and just loved on each other.
Thankful feels like an understatement for this weekend. It was full in such a different way than normal. Thankful for quiet moments with God that don't seem quite as easy to find in everyday life. Thankful to walk away feeling restored, reconnected, and rested.
It is so refreshing to know that as women, and moms, as lonely and isolated as we sometimes feel, we aren't alone. This past weekend I had the privilege to be around a group of women who shared one goal - leave "different" than we came. God moved as we shared our struggles and stories through laugher and tears. We showed our genuine selves!

our Genuine Mom's Retreats are a great way to do this! We create an opportunity to get away for a few nights. A time to not have to cook dinner or worry about your to-do lists. A time to connect with nature, God, and the moms in our Genuine community. It is always low-key, relaxing, and simple. The Lord will lead, connect, and strengthen us individually and collectively.
